This three-days conference will be held in Haydarpasha Palace Hotel with 5 stars , Alanya / Turkey during 28 - 30 November, 2018. The official presentation language of the FONGAR is English or Turkish. Abstracts and Full Papers can be written as English or Turkish language in microsoft word. Participants can submit THREE PAPERS with fee for this conference. It will be published in end of November 2018 as The Conference Proceeding e-Book.
The FONGAR 2018 aims at presenting current researches being carried out in the areas of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, Gastronomy for scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities, technologists, entrepreneurs and policy makers all around the World. Thus, The FONGAR, Alanya/Turkey provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
